Patrick Safino joins Aurenity as COO. Pat brings nearly 20 years of experience across the insurance value chain. Pat’s experience will create synergies with the underwriting experience and discipline of Davies and Trainor to build long term efficiency and effectively scale the Aurenity business.

Pat’s experience will help Aurenity to bring first in class rating segmentation and underwriting effectiveness to the E&S market. Pat was previously Vice President of Strategy and Execution for Travelers Personal Insurance. In this role Pat was responsible for the strategy, planning, and delivery of Personal Insurance’s business capabilities and processes across product development, analytics, distribution, and customer experience to support the strategic goals and objectives of the Personal Insurance business.

Pat has spent his entire career in the property and casualty industry, with a focus on strategy, product development, and policy administration platforms. Pat began his career at Accenture working in the Financial Services Practice focusing on the insurance vertical.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Marist College. He lives in West Hartford, CT with his wife, Emily, and their four children, Maeve, Harrison, Owen, and Graham.
