Nick has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry as an underwriter, executive and investor. 

He joined Agman as an Operating Partner in 2021 to develop their rapidly expanding insurance platform. He is CEO of Aurenity, a tech-enabled MGA which he co-founded with Agman's backing in 2022. He also serves as Chairman of Virtus, an expansive insurance brokerage, and as a Director of Omaha National, a leading provider of workers' compensation.

Nick was founder and President of Brit Global Specialty Americas, with responsibility for all insurance and reinsurance operations in the US, Bermuda and Latin America. As a member of Brit’s group executive, he was involved in strategic, financial, and cultural oversight for one of the largest syndicates in the Lloyd's market. Nick also served as Chairman of Brit USA, Brit Bermuda, and Commonwealth Insurance.

He is a Director and Treasurer of the Marine Preservation Society of the Florida Keys and serves on the board of the Coral Restoration Foundation. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Nick is a graduate of King’s College London and holds an ACII (Chartered Insurer) designation.
