Janet leads Aurenity's Excess Casualty business as EVP. She joined with 27 years of experience in the E&S casualty market.

Janet was most previously National Business Unit Leader for Excess Casualty at Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC), where she was tasked with re-underwriting legacy portfolios and managing profitable new business growth.

Before joining TMHCC, Janet held leadership positions at two different MGAs, building one from the ground up and leading a strategic growth initiative for the other.

As Head of Underwriting at Scottish American, Janet liaised with investors on a vision for their insurance future, secured and grew multiple profitable binding contracts, ensured smooth integration for acquisitions, recruited, and developed underwriting teams and mentored talent. Aurenity is the ideal platform to marry Janet’s years of underwriting expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit. 

She serves on the board of the California Surplus Lines Association.
